  • You will be seen under general anesthesia, so you CAN NOT eat or drink anything past midnight the night prior to surgery.
  • You will also need an Escort to drive you to the appointment and remain in their car at the appointment
  • MANDATORY to watch Wisdom Tooth Video prior to appointment or you will not be treated.
  • MISSING YOUR APPT WILL RESULT TO NOT BEING ABLE TO RESCHEDULE WITHOUT A DOCTOR’S NOTE/LEGAL DOCUMENTATION.
